Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants seeking housing assistance and eviction protection. Guide clients through applications, legal processes, and tenant rights education.
2. Housing Assistance Specialists
Work directly with housing authorities and organizations to fast-track applications for public housing, Section 8, and government-subsidized programs.
3. Legal Support Coordinators
Assist with case management, document preparation, and coordination with legal aid organizations to help tenants facing eviction.
4. Policy & Research Analysts
Support the development of fair housing policies, track legislative changes, and advocate for stronger tenant protections at local and federal levels.
5. AI & Technology Specialists
Help develop and refine our AI-driven case management system to improve efficiency in tenant advocacy and legal assistance.
